- a good friend of mine came to stay with me for a few days bc she and her boyfriend broke up. she is in the process of getting another apartment and her soon-to-be roommate needed her current place to herself. so, she stayed with me for a few days, and this is the dialogue b and i had on the phone regarding her thank you letter.
- ericka: she said if my live-in boyfriend ever breaks up with me for being an unbalanced and irresponsible individual, i can always throw my featherbed across her couch.
- brandon: did she say i was unbalanced?
- ericka: no. she said that if my live-in boyfriend breaks up with me because im unbalanced, that i have a place to stay.
- brandon: oh. i thought she was saying i was unbalanced, and i was thinking how rude bc she doesnt even know me. you? irresponsible? no. youre unbalanced, yes.
- ericka: hey! i am not unbalanced!
- brandon: yes, you are! you fall a lot!
